We recognise different people have different circumstances, however, we highly recommend that you do not submit your UCAS until you know your UCAT score. We also recommend you take the UCAT at the end of August (start-mid September at the latest). This will give you time to focus on your personal statement and potentially your BMAT if you are sitting it. If you aren't sitting the BMAT you will have more flexibility, however, your personal statement is still very important.
Deadline takes place at 18:00 (UK time). This includes the vast majority of courses in medicine, veterinary medicine/science and dentistry. You may add your fifth option at a later date if the deadline for it is not 15th October 2022. We highly recommend you work hard to stick to internal school deadlines and aim to have your application fully ready for final review at the end of September. A rushed application is not ideal for anyone and may hurt your chances! Early planning and sticking to a schedule during your Summer holidays will help avoid this.

However, we highly recommend you avoid this scenario to ensure no issues with submitting your registration. The late fee is £35 which must be paid in addition to the standard fee (£49).
